How to book
To make a booking, please either give us a call on 01305 820028 or email margaretdunlop@tiscali.co.uk with your contact details and dates that you wish to stay at Sea Pinks Cottage.

| Parking | An off road parking space is available at Brackenbury Church. There is also on street parking nearby. |
| Children | Children under five must be supervised due to steepness of stairs in the property. |
| Pets | It is regretted that no pets are allowed in the cottage. |
| Smoking | Smoking is not allowed in the property. |
| Lettings | Lettings are from Saturday PM to Saturday AM, but shorter breaks (3 nights minimum) may be booked between November and March. Please call for details. All beds are supplied with pillows, duvets and linen. Towels are provided. |
| Payment | A non-refundable deposit of £50, for each week booked, is payable within 5 days to secure a booking, with the balance of funds to be received 4 weeks prior to the holiday. A refundable deposit of £100 is required with final payment to cover breakages. Gas and electricity are included in the price of your stay. | Cancellation | Bookings cancelled within four weeks will only be refunded, if the cottage can be re-let. A full refund will be given if the cottage is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the owner's control. |
| Arrivals & Departures | Sea Pinks Cottage is available after 3.30pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure. |
